Villa Evienne is a luxury villa situated right on the beach in the heart of Costa, an exclusive area in Porto Heli. Surrounded by a large, charming garden, this newly built villa is set on three levels and provides unprecedented views of the island of Spetses.

Our privileged position allows guests to enjoy the beautiful beach which is only three steps down from the villa. Further, we are situated a mere 300 metres away from the small port of Costa with the dock next to the villa allowing mooring for at least two yachts.

The extensive outdoor area comprises a manicured garden, a fantastic swimming pool and a terrace with outdoor sitting areas that overlook the azure sea. The alfresco dining area and barbeque are a perfect setting for spending balmy summer evenings with family and friends.

The design of the villa integrates luxurious marble and impressive roofs that harmonize with the surrounding landscape. After soaking up enough sunshine, guests can choose to relax and unwind in either of the two living rooms located on different floors. On the ground level there is an ample open-plan living room with a sumptuous dining table and adjoining kitchen. The second living room is found on the lower level.

Villa Evienne features six double bedrooms in which twelve guests can be comfortably accommodated. The bedrooms, located on the three levels of the villa, are spacious and discreet.

Located on the famous caldera in Santorini, overlooking the sea and guaranteeing the most beautiful sunsets, Villa Anilla is a fully renovated four-bedroom property.

This beautiful villa has stunning outdoor areas where guests can dine, enjoy the views from the lounge areas, and unwind. There is also large wooden table that can seat up to eight guests. Ensuring the highest standards while still preserving its neoclassic features and original character, this property is one of a kind. The interior is characterized by wide spaces, high vaulted ceilings and wooden floors, which are then enhanced by small touches that have been carefully chosen. The furniture is antique and adds a special atmosphere to the villa, mixing modernity with an older style to create a truly unique property.

Some of the bedrooms have private verandas. There are four en-suite bedrooms and another bedroom that is suitable for staff.

Built in traditional Cycladic style, the villa boasts all the modern comforts and amenities desired by discerning guests. The villa features a large outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, both overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing in after a busy day of exploring the local area.

On the patio of the villa, guests can soak up the rays on sun loungers, or relax with a good book and a glass of wine on the outdoor lounges, shaded by palm tree fronds.

Perched on a hillside, Villa Juryoku offers one of the most beautiful sights from the island of Mykonos. It opens up to a panoramic view of the mesmerizing deep blue water of the Aegean Sea and the two Cyclades islands of Naxos and Paros can be spotted from afar.

Villa Juryoku is surrounded by an extensive manicured garden and features very spacious terraces and a sun deck on the side of the large swimming pool. While refreshing in the pool and soaking up some Greek sun, the guests can marvel at the fantastic sea views. The comfort and luxury provided by the villa and its surroundings will ensure that the guests will feel a great sense of relaxation and wellness. Moreover, to fully enjoy the great weather in Mykonos and have a splurge while taking in these breathtaking scenic views, guests can enjoy great dining experiences at the outdoor dining table or unwind on the comfy large couches on the side of the pool. The villa can sleep up to eight guests in its four main bedrooms. There are two en-suite double bedrooms and a double bedroom that shares the same bathroom with a twin bedroom. Villa Havsbris enjoys having one of the most sought-after locations on the island of Mykonos. Its positioning is strategic, sitting above Elia Beach and Agrari. These two popular beaches are visible from every angle of the property. The villa has a contemporary design that harmoniously blends together elements of stone, white colour walls, and water. It is hard not to be impressed by the breath-taking and unobstructed views of the sparkling blue water and rocky coastline, which are seen from all around the house.

The concept of Villa Havsbris is to have a water flow from every viewpoint of the house. The infinity pool is simply astonishing; this is where the overflowing pool water merges into the blue of the sea. It becomes a spectacular show of colours when the sky changes and turns into fiery shades of red during the sunrise and sunset. It is possible to soak in these marvelous views in different settings, either while sitting in the various lounge areas and sipping some cocktails, or from the sunbeds placed on the extensive veranda. Guests will absolutely love the barbeque and outdoor bar next to the pool. The pool area is very ample, being suitable to host events for up to 150 people.

Outdoors, the main focus of the villa is the lagoon-like infinity pool with gorgeous sea views. For guests’ entertainment, Villa Arami also features an alfresco dining area and a traditional wood-fire BBQ.

There is a guest suite with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom and a separate pool house which includes a second guest studio with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both guest studios have a separate entrance.
