Guests can all enjoy spending time together in one of the many common areas, indulging in a sunset dinner in the Beach Pavilion, before retreating to the privacy of their own villa.
Enjoying a privileged location on top of the hill, Meridian House features a stunning conservatory with a grand piano, a 12-seater cinema room, a state-of-the-art gym, and spa facilities including a sauna, steam room, massage suite, and beauty salon. Outdoors there is a wraparound infinity pool, a Jacuzzi and a spacious covered terrace with dining and lounge areas. Up to eight guests can be accommodated in the four bedrooms – one master suite with a spacious en-suite bathroom, dressing room, viewing tower and private garden, and three guest suites with en-suite facilities and private terraces and courtyards.
A few steps from Whale Bone Beach, Villa West Sands capitalises on its beachside location with outdoor dining and lounging spaces on a covered terrace, along with a fire pit and Jacuzzi. Indoors there is an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen space and four bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. The master suite boasts expansive ocean views and a wraparound balcony, the guest suite also has a balcony as well as a private lounge area, and the two ground floor guest bedrooms are well appointed, sharing a Hollywood bathroom.
From its elevated position looking out over the Exuma Sound, Villa East Cove boasts a private beach as well as a three-tiered infinity swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. There are extensive outdoor lounge and dining areas for relaxation and socialising. Indoors, there is an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a media room, and four bedrooms, sleeping six to eight guests. The master and guest suites both feature wraparound balconies, whilst the guest bedrooms are ideal for families with a queen bed and single loft bed in each, and a shared Hollywood bathroom.
Finally, located on the southern tip of the island, Villa South Point is flanked by shallow waters teeming with aquatic life, enjoys spectacular views of sunrise and sunset. Outdoors there is a covered terrace with a Jacuzzi and a fire pit, as well as lounge and dining areas. Indoors, the villa features an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, as well as a games room. Up to six guests can be accommodated across a master suite with balcony access and two guest bedrooms with a shared Hollywood bathroom.
Guests have complimentary access to the island’s boats and equipment including crewed motorboats for fishing, scuba diving, snorkelling, crewed sailing yachts, jet-skis, underwater sea scooters and a range of inflatables, kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, wakeboarding, and water skiing.

The back of the house features three floors looking over the private pool and beach, with plenty of room for sunbathing, dining and even grilling on the barbecue. Refresh yourself in the outdoor shower and private spa, work out in the exercise room and stay comfortable in the in-room air conditioning.
Villa Limon is a unique mix of sleek contemporary furnishings and natural features. Trees growing through the oceanfront balconies have been left intact, making the open-plan living areas feel as though they’ve grown out of the landscape. In the living room, clean-lined white seating is cool and modern, while pops of color like a red carpet and yellow cushions add a whimsical touch. A statement stone dining table has room for twelve, and the fully equipped kitchen has a spacious breakfast bar.
Each of the villa’s four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, in-room air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There are two bedrooms with king beds, walk-in closets and ocean views; one has access to a terrace and the other opens to a balcony. A third bedroom has two queen beds, a walk-in closet and a balcony, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and 1 twin size bed, walk-in closet, sitting room and oceanfront balcony.
