The villa offers unobstructed panoramic sights of the neighboring island of Spetses and the scenic Hinitsa Bay. The outdoor area is highlighted by the manicured lawn garden with seafront swimming pool. The secluded pebble beach can be reached via a private walkway.

Guests can relax on the shaded veranda with its adjoining dining and lounge areas. The terrace, covered by the colourful bougainvillea flowers is the ideal spot to unwind with a refreshing drink whilst marveling at the stunning surrounding landscapes.

The property is comprised of a two-storey villa and a separate guest house. The interiors of both houses are embellished with an elegant blend of country-chic furniture, and antique pieces that fuse well with the beamed ceilings and natural, earthy palette.

The main villa features seven cozy bedrooms, whilst the guest house has two cozy bedrooms. The airy interior emanates a sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere. There are also two staff bedrooms on site, one occupied by villa staff, the other perfect for those travelling with a nanny.

Overview

Villa Evienne is a luxury villa situated right on the beach in the heart of Costa, an exclusive area in Porto Heli. Surrounded by a large, charming garden, this newly built villa is set on three levels and provides unprecedented views of the island of Spetses.

Our privileged position allows guests to enjoy the beautiful beach which is only three steps down from the villa. Further, we are situated a mere 300 metres away from the small port of Costa with the dock next to the villa allowing mooring for at least two yachts.

The extensive outdoor area comprises a manicured garden, a fantastic swimming pool and a terrace with outdoor sitting areas that overlook the azure sea. The alfresco dining area and barbeque are a perfect setting for spending balmy summer evenings with family and friends.

The design of the villa integrates luxurious marble and impressive roofs that harmonize with the surrounding landscape. After soaking up enough sunshine, guests can choose to relax and unwind in either of the two living rooms located on different floors. On the ground level there is an ample open-plan living room with a sumptuous dining table and adjoining kitchen. The second living room is found on the lower level.

Villa Evienne features six double bedrooms in which twelve guests can be comfortably accommodated. The bedrooms, located on the three levels of the villa, are spacious and discreet.
